At TrueDay Essentials, we are committed to providing quality everyday essentials. Please review our returns and refunds policy before placing an order.

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery under the following conditions:

  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging

  • Items must be in resalable condition

  • Proof of purchase is required

Due to health, hygiene, and safety considerations, we do not accept returns for:

  • Opened or used personal care products

  • Opened household consumables

  • Items marked as final sale or clearance

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for processing

Original shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (incorrect or defective item).

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at:

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the product and packaging

We will arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Return Shipping
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items

Bulk & Wholesale Orders

Bulk or wholesale purchases may be subject to different return terms. Please contact us before placing large orders for clarification.
